Northern Ontario Arthritis Cohort– NOAC

The NOAC Project is currently in Phase I. Primary Objectives are to identify and collate demographic, diagnostic, laboratory, imaging, and therapeutic medication use as well as long term questionnaire data regarding status and outcomes of all patients seen from 2000 to current in the Timmins and District Hospital Arthritis Program.

Project participants include Dr. Sara Borok, Clinical Research Fellow (SMH), Dr. Laurence Rubin (Project PI) and Dr. Simon Carette. This project has been reviewed and approved by the Research Ethics Board of the Timmins and District Hospital..

Funding has been received from a number of pharmaceutical partners.
